Application Management and Third-Party Patching
Purpose:
Help manage, deploy, and update applications on windows workstations and servers.
Features:

Patch Issue Management System (PIMS)
Purpose:
The Patch Issue Management System improves Windows patching reliability and efficiency by verifying successful patch application and providing best practices. It identifies issues like failed patches, machines needing reboots, outdated Windows Update agents, and OS versions. This system maintains the health and security of the IT infrastructure.
Features:
Organizational Control Verification: Ensures systems are managed by the organization.
Pending Reboot Check: Identifies systems with pending reboots and long uptime.
Update Agent Status: Detects outdated Windows Update agents.
Failed Patch Detection: Reports patches that have failed to install.
Patching Frequency Check: Flags systems that haven’t been patched in over 30 days.
OS Version Check: Verifies systems are on the latest version of Windows 10 or 11.

Blackpoint Agent (Universal)
Purpose:
Multi-Client use BlackPoint Agent Installer.
Features:
Downloads and installs latest BlackPoint Agent. Temporary folder deletes installer executable once installation completes.
Cisco Secure Core Installer
Purpose:
Installs current version on Cisco Secure Core.
Features:
Downloads an .msi installer and silently installs using Org ID, Fingerprint ID, and User ID. Required to install all current Cisco Secure Programs.
Cisco Secure Umbrella Installer
Purpose:
Installs the current version of Cisco Secure Client – Umbrella.
Features:
Downloads an .msi installer and silently installs using Org ID, Fingerprint ID, and User ID.
Requires Cisco Secure Core.
Cisco Secure Dart Installer
Purpose:
Installs the current version of Cisco Secure Diagnostics and Reporting Tool.
Features:
Downloads and silently runs a .msi installer using Org ID, Fingerprint ID, and User ID.
Requires Cisco Secure Core.
CloudRadial Agent Install/Uninstall Tray Uninstall
Purpose:
Multi-Client use CloudRadial Installer/Uninstaller Set. Can deploy or remove the CloudRadial agent on Workstations, Laptops and Servers.
Features:
Uses PowerShell to deploy a Temporary directory and installs latest CloudRadial Agent and Tray.

Cyber QuickPass Installer
Purpose:
Installs Cyber QuickPass password manager.
Features:
Silently installs Cyber Quickpass password manager using agent ID and installation token.
Cyber CNS Installer
Purpose:
Installs Cyber CNS.
Features:
Silently installs Cyber CNS. Uses custom fields for client ID, Tenant, and user secrets.
Deploy ConnectWise Automate Agent
Purpose:
Installs the ConnectWise Automate RMM agent.
Features:
Deploys ConnectWise Automate agent based on Location. Uses location id, and system pass from MSI to automatically and silently install the agent. As well as place in correct location in Automate.
Dell Command Update
Purpose:
Installs Latest Dell Command Update for Dell Updater Tool.
Features:
Needed for Dell CU Firmware Driver Utility automation. Uses deployed DCU to push firmware, driver, application, and BIOS updates recommended by Dell. Reboot will need to be done manually to install BIOS.
Dell CU Driver/Firmware Updater
Purpose:
Updates BIOS, Firmware, and Drivers recommended by Dell. Runs routinely to keep Dell Workstations up to date with Security fixes deployed by vendor. Does not reboot but will require to install BIOS update.
Requires Dell Command Update 4.4 or newer to be installed.
Features:
Logs and launches dcu-cli.exe and does a scan of the system. Script sleeps for 1 minute to give device time to get latest missing drivers. Once the scan is complete, it applies missing updates it found. Script does not reboot device; reboot will need to be done manually.
Duo Authentication Agent
Purpose:
Installs Duo Agent on Workstation/Server to enable DUO MFA on Logon as well as other Duo features.
Features:
An IKEY, SKEY, and Duo API URL will need to be provided under each Customer for deployment.
ESET AV Uninstall
Purpose:
Brute Force uninstaller for ESET Antivirus. Script needs to run twice to fully attempt removal.
Features:
PowerShell based automation that tries to call silent uninstaller for agent, if agent cannot be removed it will delete ESET files and registry items. Reboot then will be necessary to run the script a second time to fully remove ESET Agent.
Huntress Agent Deployment
Purpose:
Deploys Huntress agent to machines.
Features:
Deploys Huntress using the client custom field for the Org Key.
Java version 7/8 uninstaller
Purpose:
Java7/8 is a deprecated version of Java and can cause issues if left on systems.
Features:
Removes Java version 7 or 8 silently.
Microsoft Teams New Installer (Work or School Edition)
Purpose:
Installs the new Microsoft Teams for Work or School Edition.
Features:
Installs the work or schools edition of Microsoft Teams.
Uninstalls older versions of Teams.
RingCentral Installer
Purpose:
Downloads and installs RingCentral.
Features:
Uses PowerShell to download, install, or update RingCentral.
SentinelOne Agent Deployment
Purpose:
Deploys SentinelOne agent to machines
Features:
Deploys SentinelOne using the site keys on a client for multi-client deployments.
SentinelOne Agent Removal
Purpose:
Deploys SentinelOne agent to machines
Features:
Deploys SentinelOne using the site keys on a client for multi-client deployments.
SentinelOne Agent Deployment
Purpose:
Removes broken instances of SentinelOne AV.
Features:
Uses the SentinelOne install key to force the removal of SentinelOne agents. This script requires a reboot after which a fresh instance of SentinelOne can be reinstalled.
Recommended for instances that can’t be removed using standard procedures. (AV removal is done through best effort a manual removal may be required if the automated removal process does not work.)
Set Homepage on Chrome/Edge
Purpose:
Standardize homepage for Chrome/Edge at a client set.
Features:
Sets a homepage for Chrome and Edge.
Requires that machine is a domain member. Not supported on home OS.
TeamViewer Installer
Purpose:
Downloads and installs the TeamViewer remote desktop application.
Features:
Downloads and installs the latest TeamViewer version.
Uninstall Old duplicate version of applications
Purpose:
Old versions of software can be left on machines as they update. This automation removes all but the newest version of the software.
Features:
Script to uninstall the software, comes with variables to designate the program name to uninstall old versions of.
Wave Browser Uninstaller
Purpose:
Uninstalls Wave Browser.
Features:
Scans for and removes Wave Browser and associated files including SIDs and registry keys.
Webroot Install
Purpose:
Installs Webroot AV agent.
Features:
Deploys Webroot agent installer based on client URL custom field.
Webroot Uninstall
Purpose:
Brute Force uninstaller for Webroot. Must reboot and run script again to complete removal.
Features:
PowerShell based Automation that will clear out Webroot registry keys and files. WRSA.exe process will show Access Denied. Reboot machine and re-run the script to remove remaining Webroot files.
Windows Update Repair
Purpose:
Repairs broken windows update service on endpoint machines.
Features:
Leverages Microsoft Best Practices for repairing Windows Update Agent.

Purpose:
Description: Downloads and runs the IISCrypto best practices. Reboots machine to apply settings.

Runs Command line IISCrpytop to enable best practices. Creates a backup file before making changes.
Disable or Enable New Outlook Migration
Purpose:
Configures the registry setting to disable or enable migration to the new Outlook client for all users.
Features:
This script ensures that the DoNewOutlookAutoMigration registry key is configured with a value of 1or 0 for all user profiles on the machine. It modifies the registry directly under HKEY_USERS for each user profile to account for users who are not currently logged in. Additionally, it sets the HideNewOutlookToggle key to 0or 1 to hide or unhide the toggle for
the New Outlook in the UI.
